GreyYoga was developed by Becky Ventura, an instructor in Anusara Yoga, specifically for our Gresyteel Gym members. For now, this program is only offered locally as a free benefit to our Athletes of Aging. We are planning to develop an online course in the future.

GreyKata is a new way to move! Dr. Jonathon Sullivan, the founder of Greysteel, is a 3d Dan in Tang Soo Do Karate, which he has modified for the Athlete of Aging. Almost anybody can learn the beautiful forms of Karate, called kata, for health, balance, conditioning, and mobility. Begin learning a new way move today!
